Yutong “Faye” Zhang was a 2023 graduate of Eastview High School and was in her freshman year at the University of Georgia when a tragic accident took her life in October 2023. Faye’s love of life and love of learning was unquenchable. She was a decorated member of the Eastview Speech and Debate teams, and her legacy goes far beyond her accomplishments. She was genuinely kind and cared for all of those around her. She immediately made an impact on all who were lucky enough to meet her.

The “Faye” Yutong Zhang Memorial Fund is a Minnesota nonprofit created to fund a scholarship in Faye’s memory to recognize members of the Eastview Speech or Debate Community who embody similar characteristics and positively impact those around them.
